Gear Six Labs collects information submitted through contact, intake, and preflight forms so it can respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, conduct preliminary public-surface readiness review, prepare scoping recommendations, maintain records, improve services, and protect against abuse.
Information may include name, company, work email, phone number, website or product URL, company domain, product type, review purpose, timeline, NDA preference, notes, and related technical metadata generated by website workflows.
Form submissions are used to route inquiries to the correct Gear Six workstream, respond to the submitter, assess fit, and maintain operational records. Users should submit only information they are authorized to provide.
Preflight submissions may include contact details, company details, public website/product URLs, review purpose, notes, passive scan metadata, and generated artifacts. Users should not submit credentials, source code, API keys, confidential files, regulated data, or customer data through the public Preflight form.
Gear Six may use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, conduct preliminary public-surface readiness review, prepare scoping recommendations, maintain records, improve services, and protect against abuse.
Gear Six does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, email delivery, storage, analytics/security, and business operations.
Gear Six retains website submissions and related records for as long as needed for business operations, inquiry handling, security review, legal recordkeeping, or service follow-up, unless a different retention period is agreed in writing.
Gear Six uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational controls for website submissions and related records. No public website or transmission method can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
Gear Six operates from Bulgaria and serves U.S. and European clients. Information may be processed in Bulgaria, the European Union, the United States, or other locations where service providers operate.
Client confidential information is handled according to the agreed scope, contract terms, and NDA terms where applicable. Public website forms are not a substitute for a controlled confidential intake process.
You may choose not to submit information through public forms. To request correction, deletion, or follow-up about submitted information, contact Gear Six through the public contact route.
